Horse country runs on a different scale
Ocala is about a 30-minute drive from Weirsdale, and it's the biggest jump in property size we deal with across our service area. A lot of what we do out there isn't a single tree in a front yard — it's a fence line that's been swallowed by saplings and brush over a couple of seasons, a pasture edge that needs opening back up, or a big old oak that's finally starting to fail after decades of storms and wants to come down before it takes a fence or a barn roof with it.
Acreage jobs also tend to give us more room to work than a tight subdivision lot, which usually makes for a cleaner, more efficient removal — more room to lay a tree down instead of piecing it out in sections. And because a lot of Ocala's land is used for grazing or hay, we're careful about tire ruts, gates left open, and where debris ends up. Storm season adds another layer out here: wide-open pasture means wind gets a running start, and we see more limb failure on isolated trees standing alone than on trees in a windbreak.

Can you clear brush along a pasture fence line?
Yes — opening and widening fence lines is one of our most common Ocala jobs. We clear saplings and brush pressing on the fence, cut back overhanging limbs, and can grind or flush-cut stumps so the line stays clean going forward.
Can you handle large, old oaks on acreage?
Yes. We use sectional takedown or crane-assist depending on the tree's size, lean, and what's nearby — barns, fencing, or a home. Big oaks on open acreage often give us more room to work than a tight residential lot, which usually makes for a more straightforward job.
Do you haul debris off on acreage jobs?
Your call. On larger properties it's often cheaper to pile and controlled-burn brush on site than haul it, and we're set up to do either. Wood from removals can be hauled off, stacked, or left as firewood — whatever works for your property.
